The effort is to get more issues to be resolved in a sensible manner. This includes working with customer disputes in a sensible manner and to get all the worries people have with their accounts or experiences fixed without any problems involved. The effort is also being offered to help make the industry more professional and transparent so people can see how difficulties are being managed in any way as they come about.
